Service Description
This is a one hour electrolysis session where clients may choose any treatment area including face, body, or hormonal hair. Electrolysis is performed based on time, not area, allowing each session to be fully customized to the client’s individual needs and goals. All treatments are provided in a clean, private, and professional environment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Appointment Policy – Sapna’s Electrolysis Appointments & Deposits All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your total service on the day of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If proper notice is given, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment to book future appointments. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full service fee will still apply. Payments Remaining balance is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be listed at booking. Health & Safety Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or skin concerns prior to treatment. Sapna’s Electrolysis follows strict hygiene and sanitation standards for every client. Right to Refuse Service Sapna’s Electrolysis reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or failure to follow policies.
